John Morrell Food Group's packaged meat division of Armour-Eckrich Meats uses the refrigerated warehouse space with cooler storage temperatures and refrigerated dock space to accommodate a fleet of refrigerated delivery trucks.
Sunfarm Food Service, Inc. had recently located to a larger facility leaving this 7,000 square-feet food facility available for lease. The refrigerated warehouse has 6 truck dock doors.The Bussen Underground Warehouse is a 1,000,000 square foot underground industrial temperature controlled warehouse complex which rents climate controlled and refrigerated warehouse space to various tenants. This freezer warehouse space was originally constructed in 1997 for Kuna Foodservice.
